Naomi White (BSc Hons)

Hi, I’m Naomi! I’ve spent the last 10 years working with dogs and their owners, helping them to overcome everything from tricky bad habits to the big, scary behaviour struggles that keep you up at night.

I’ve always been fascinated by dogs and their behaviour, deciding from the age of 8 that I’d be a dog trainer! Which is why I studied Animal Behaviour at university and went on to become an associate Clinical Animal Behaviourist.

Whether your dog is barking and lunging on walks, guarding toys or food, or struggling with confidence, I take a calm, supportive approach that gives both you and your dog the space to learn, grow, and feel more confident together.

I also know how tough it can feel from the other side, I’ve experienced first-hand how stressful and isolating behaviour struggles can be, especially when they start to control or limit your life. That’s why my work isn’t just about teaching your dog new skills. I also focus on practical management strategies that can immediately reduce problem behaviours day-to-day, while giving you the tools and confidence to handle situations more smoothly.

I'm based in Ash Vale and cover areas across Surrey and Hampshire, including Guildford, Farnborough, and Woking.

Jen Ballerino (BSc Hons)

I completed my degree in Animal Science before beginning my career in dog training. I also have a keen interest in animal nutrition, which often ties into supporting dogs’ overall wellbeing and training.

Over the years, I’ve worked with both puppies and adult dogs, facing all sorts of challenges together with their owners. Continually learning how to help owners in a practical and kind way to rebuild their relationship with the dogs and get closer to the dream of owning a well-behaved dog.

I use my training and behaviour experience to offer a safe, supportive dog walking service where your dog can not only enjoy their daily exercise but also continue learning and building good habits along the way.

I'm based in Chertsey, Surrey and cover the surrounding areas for dog walking and training services.

What we do
